Yes, you can set a maximum discount limit when creating percentage-based discounts. This ensures that the discount does not exceed a specified amount, providing more control over your pricing strategy.
Yes, you can set up discount rules that only apply to specific customer tags. The staff member will still need to open the Cost+ tile on the POS grid to apply the discount. But it means for instance if you have 3 tiers of customer or staff discounts, the correct one will be pre-selected based on the customer added to the cart.
